Theresa May couldn't make it up
On 6th September Cornwall Council passed a resolution demanding that a "strong delegation" be sent to visit Home Secretary Theresa May to demand all kinds of reviews, including one examining the case for a uniquely Cornish police force. I've been trying to find out who is to be on this "strong delegation" (and even more fun - who was considered, but then left off) and when it is to embark on its mission. The silence from County Hall suggests that the "strong delegation" isn't making quite the progress that members had hoped for.

Here we go again walking a xenophobic tightrope. With this strong delegation making us all look inbreed I want some Asians and Africans walking our Cornish streets, the last thing I want is uniquely Cornish divided on the famous Cornish gene
We should be getting more global rather retracting back into a fantasy insular little world called kernow. No doubt this strong delegation is mostly comprised of MK and independants hiding behind CCC camouflage. We should expose these people and ask who told them the people wanted this and what on earth uniquely Cornish is?
It is like a plan drawn up by Bert and Ernie from sesame street, we should just laugh at these people building walls up the Tamar
