Cash Machines and the Partially Sighted
Listener Chris Cooke writes, "As more and more banks close and we rely constantly on Cash Machines (ATMs), the visually impaired have many problems. Each and every ATM is different in lay-out and offers various options shown on a screen, which obviously is hard to use if you can't see it. It must be a nightmare."
