"This is the Wartime Broadcasting Service" - Opening of ´óÏó´«Ã½ radio transcript to be read in wake of a nuclear attack

This chilling ´óÏó´«Ã½ script was for an announcement to be broadcast if the country came under nuclear attack in the early 1970s. The script has only just been made public by the release of files in the National Archives in Kew, west London. Interestingly, the government was concerned the "right voice" did the speaking, because a familiar one may stoke fears the ´óÏó´«Ã½ had been destroyed.
