This week we are looking at the art of perfect timing.
If you can answer any of these please email me at cummings@bbc.co.uk
When is the best time to buy a car...best time to be born for ultimate academic achievement...best time to weigh yourself...best time to employ a chimney sweep...best time to exercise for maximum effect...best time to send a press release for maximum effect...best time to fill in your tax return and best time of day to shop at a supermarket
Best time to email me? Right now would be good!

Whisper it quietly but there are rumours that this weekend summer could be making a late appearance!
Despite the constant rainfall we've had the odd glorious blue sky recently...but you had to be up early. Thanks to Dave for his 6;00am snap

Thanks to Shirley for this different take on the perfect view from your office ...she writes...
This is an old photo Mark, because this is the view from my office where I worked in the 1950s.
The 'snowflakes' have been added, but I took the original snow scene photo from my office window in the Mill, which was the West Midland Farmers' Depot then & now houses The Motor Museum.
We had a lovely view all year round, Spring Summer Autumn Winter right down the village.
Note the spindly tree guard by the War Memorial, that tree is now a fully grown beautiful weeping willow, but it would have cut out the view we had from our office all those years ago! (glad it was only just planted then!!)

My partner in crime in the morning can be seen all over the South West (see previous blog)
Where is Claire Carter here? Any ideas where in Gloucestershire she is?

How about this office view!
Forget the best view out of your window how about this for a bit of office furniture. ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Gloucestershire's Claire Carter can be seen on these posters mainly on bus shelters all over the South West.
Emily at The Oxstalls campus has to stare at this every day...if you spy one please take a snap...cummings@bbc.co.uk
By the way...she is being used as an example of a brilliant student who has gone on to achieve great things...you can hear her with me between 6 and 9 and on Saturday morning at the same time for The Claire Carter Breakfast Show

Thanks to Sonia for your photo and email
We are on the third floor of St James' House, St James' Square, Cheltenham and on a SUNNY day I took this picture, which is the view from our kitchen window across to the Malvern Hills. The bridge is by Waitrose and the local school is in between.
It certainly beats the views we had in the old office!

Can you beat this view?
My "morning thoughts" guest this week is Glen Mormon. He is operations manager at Cotswold Airport and this is the view from his office...a control tower!
Email me the vista from your office if you have a wonderful window on the world...cummings@bbc.co.uk

Have you lost control of your garden...because I have!
The wet weather has turned my wild flower oasis into a tangled forest of weeds and wonderment. Can you do better? Can you make me feel I'm not the only one?
Photos of massive weeds and unkempt lawns would be great...cummings@bbc.co.uk
