Devolution Day
The British and Irish prime ministers have just arrived at Stormont, where Assembly members are about to meet them. Senator Ted Kennedy is here, too, representing President Bush. Ian Paisley and Martin McGuinness are readying themselves for their shared moment of history. Your thoughts?

I have great confidence that this is finally going to work. I wonder if we will see a handshake.
It's a pity that mankind first needs to have an orgy of killing before a handshake.
This would have been better in the 1960s rather than 3,000+ deaths later.
Now can they get rid of the marching season?

Michael
From this side of the pond I'm ever so slightly cautious and very optimistic. Things look great from here. I'm beginning to feel proud of Norn Iron.
