O'Bama gets Secret Service protection
I know there's an apostrophe. Just as we discover that the presidential hopeful has Irish roots, the Secret Service that he is to be given special protection. I'm sure there's no connection. But no presidential candidate has been given protection this early in a campaign before.

Assigning secret service protection to presidential candidates is normal and is especially important given the terrorist threats in America today. The government has just made arrests of six Islamic terrorists in a plot to kill soldiers at Fort Dix New Jersey. Who knows what Irish terrorist might have in mind now that it's come out that Obama is Irish. Which side is out to get him? Who knows, maybe both. This is a tough place to live in, competition is fierce and those engaged in it could resort to anything. Even just getting telephone customers can be hardball as is clear from the following;
Wrong mark. It is NOT normal to assign Secret Service protection this early in the campaign. It usually doesn't happen before the actual primaries.
freddie, this is a special case, he is after all Irish.
