We are finally in after acclimatising in Macau and we are on to the serious bit - the Games themselves.

We headed off to on Saturday for our pre-Games training camp which is an important part of our final preparations and will help us to adjust to the conditions we will experience in Beijing.

I am a Paralympic swimmer, originally from Colchester but now living in Manchester, and Beijing will be my third Games.
I will be defending my S6 200m individual medley title, an event where I hold the world record and am the world champion.
As well as the medley, I will be competing in the S6 50m and 100m freestyle and the 50m butterfly in the Water Cube.
Away from swimming I am also a big Chelsea fan.
