Brrrr! It makes me feel cold just looking at that photo...
Ah! Now that really does remind me of home! It's the only time that you can claim to have actually walked on water...
You've gotta remember, it's damn slippery out there.
-While ice-skating, my friend had a nasty fall, sliding face-downward 20-feet across the ice. The rink doctor examined him and decided there was nothing he could do for him or the large bruise on his forehead. "Would you like some ice for that?" he offered.
Wonderful as WoYW is, hands up all those on the team who NEVER want to see another photo of a kitchen or steering wheel EVER again?
Cool!
Eddie:
See you on the ice?
Have a good Friday!
How long before Eddie says:
"See you on the ice at five"?
KitT
Hands down for me. I'm still waiting to see my steering wheel picture appear on this wonderful site. I did take a picture of the LH front door pillar, if you'd prefer that!
Joangemma perhaps prompted by Eddie's much-loved "See you on the ice at 5"?
Fifi (see 7 and 8): We are true sisters under the skin! Or, should that be, on the ice? ;卢)
How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb?
50 - One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that!"
Vyle - I'm only peeved I couldn't take part,
I'm sure my steeringwheel/kitchen/office/dog/cat/rabbit/moose
would have been just as fascinating....
Vyle Hernia (9)?
Don't worry, some day your prints will come.
There's a moose? Darn, why didn't I take a picture of that?!
Susan (and all)
You can find pages 8 and 9 by going to

My prints haven't come yet, though.
Hi Hi Hi Eddie and Happy Friday people.
Ridiculously happy, can鈥檛 stop smiling. Loved the Window on the World idea. Let's do it all again next Tuesday.
I spent last night with a load of French people drinking Beaujolais, their accents sound so put on it鈥檚 really funny. I had a row about the fact that the French have four different names for a fillet, a French guy said they didn鈥檛 and he was a chef but he was 100% wrong. Yeeeeeees ! Filet mignon, cote du boeuf, chateaubriand and I can鈥檛 remember the other one. Off to see James Bond this eve and then cooking on gas, the whole weekend, gonna try and master Heston鈥檚 24 hour steak.
Be lucky people, must dash, I have to figure out whether to sacrifice my spare room to make way for a bigger kitchen. I've sent Ed my photo of the kitchen - great idea.
I think it has to be done, cooking is becoming my life. I hope you all have a bloody fantastic weekend, you deserve it.
P.S. I asked a French guy to put togezer a sentence with the words green, pink and yellow in it, he said,
鈥淶ees morning zee phone went green green, so I pink it up and said yellow.鈥
Ha ha ha ha ha.
Big Sister (11) : it seems we have a brother under the skin too, in the svelte form of Sir Huge (10).
Now just think ... if there weren't this delay which so irritates Frustrated Froggie and others, we would never have known!
Fifi xxx

Jonnie - What a laugh, BUT
When I tried it just now, I came up as Floppy Brandybutter* and Eddie as Cutie Brandybutter.
So - we appear to be related, somehow!?
*Big Sister, not Big Sis.
Maybe it's not a moose but one of the reindeer that's escaped from the beach?
btw jonnie, I tried the name generator, and Fearless Fred comes out as Wriggly Holly-Tinker!!!
And what was she thinking :-
/radio4/news/pm/galleries/775/33/
Probably " I know what you are up to -- pretending to send a text message -- you pervert! "
Jopnnie (19)
And you're cutie fairy! :-)

Jonnie
Thanks for keeping us up to date. Wonder where the missing numbers go. Oh, yes, I've just remembered the long-lost counter.
Should have thought of that before.
FF: You can tinker with my holly any day!
Thanks all for the signposts to WOYWs 8-10. Here are some highlights:

A picture of my world at 5pm for the last 4 months and still a few more months to go!
The picture shows my work reproducing an ancient Roman mosaic of Medusa ~ a picture of the original was generously offered to me by the curator of the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston USA.
I鈥檓 a regular listener to all the daily programs from Radio 4 via the internet ~ a creative help to my work.
More information can be found at www.hand-mosaics.com ~ hope you enjoy it!

More photos of Christmas in Miami Florida at different days at 5:00PM Miami Time. This time there are stores with Frosty the Snowman with Frosty Jr., my office with Christmas Decorations and Santa Claus in a store
picture number 80
Rufus A. Bairzarce (pronounced Buyers ar chay, obviously)
I've been a listener since the days of His Breathlessness, William Hardcastle.
Usually, I'd have been looking at a p.c. monitor surmounted by Snoopy and La-La but today I had a day off work to contemplate doing some jobs around the house.
By 5.00 pm I had set to work on adjusting my bicycle front brake.
Fifi xx
Off out to see a dress rehersal of the Panto,
Fifi has sent this through about speeding in Copenhagen
This seems a strange link and may not work.
Otherwise it's in Fifi's bits at
Re; ED (27)
Yes I realised I was 'Cutie Fairy'
Thank you so much for broadcasting it !
And Vyle Hernia is :
Cutie Bunny-Hippoface
Should we blog under these names for the run up to Christmas :-()
Jonnie,
Sorry, but you pointed me to the link!
xx
Smiley Floppy-Toes
Jonnie:]
Are you SURE about this?
Enjoy the rehearsal!
I wanted to thank 大象传媒 PM for publishing my photos. I would also like to extend my thanks for Fifi Number 30 for her comments.
OK, Helen Sparkles comes out as Lucky Horny-Stockings, completely accurate of course, but wonder if it will be moderated!
There's something going on here!
Robbie Do comes out as Cutie Chocolate - I'm not having that.
My real name though comes out as Lucky Horny. If it's a prediction, I'm much happier.
Helen Sparkles - are we related?
Did she know her picture was being taken? Was she told afterwards? So many questions...
/radio4/news/pm/galleries/775/33/
Who was it asked me about the picture of Penrith Station on the website?
Well, the webmeister has put in an unscheduled appearance and proffers the following reply:
'To the best of my knowledge, it's genuine, but I didn't take it - as usual I found in on t'interweb.
'So your answer will have to be "We don't know, we just thought it was funny".'
Fifi
'Twas me with the Penrith Station Question. If it was genuine, and it looks it, I'd have stolen it - it's classic.
Roberto : you are very welcome. And it's lovely to have among us froggers from all over the world.
Fifi xx
It may have been stolen since it was taken, Lucky Horny ... but even if so, it was there long enough to be snapped and put on the interweb for us to find!
How's the writing project coming along? You've been fairly quiet today so either you're working on it .. or you're working.
;o)
Well, I don't know. LadySnorkPenMaiden is aka Sneezy Dancing-Noodles, and my REAL name is Tumbleflump Bunny-Sprout. My FULL real name (as given at birth) is, apparently Cutie Dancing-Sprout!
Ho ho ho. What fun!
xx
LadyPen
This blog is getting far too silly. Grow up.
Wriggly dancing-fairy
Well mine is Gorgeous Horny-Bum and I don't appear to be related to anybody!!
GMx
In that case i am related to jonnie - which is impossible - well I think it is
RJD (38) Hah hah, I posted elsewhere, goodness only knows where, to ask if I was indeed your long lost sister who had hypenated when marrying Mr Stocking!
Yay James (45) - now you're really getting the hang of it :-)
xx
LadyPenSproutTumblethumpthingy
Someone post me that funny name thing link again please, I want to have another go!
Helen
It's here, from Jonnie at 19, above.
xx
ed
Thanks Ed (51) I wanted to see what my SO comes out as, he is Brandy butter-Helper & I am relieved to find out I wasn't related to him.
My real name emerged as Lucky Scrooge-Stockings, bah humbug to that (for the obvious gag), I'm sticking with Lucky Horny-Stockings, far more accurate!
Mine's Tumbleflump Berry-Cracker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LOL!
Mary
madmary, yours is the absolute winner! Brilliant name, sounds edible too, like a knickerbockerglory
I've just tried it - Aperitif comes out as Squelchy Baubles! Worried, I tried my proper name - Cutie Monster-Elf, which is only slightly better, no? Maiden name makes me Cutie Dancing-Elf.
I'm far too tall to be an elf and I've only once ever been described as "cute", but I do like dancing...
My Dad comes out as Scrummy Brandy butter-Tummy! How fab is that???
That cheered me up, anyway, thanks!
Hee, hee - mine is Tumbleflump Floppy-Hippoface! or even Tumbleflump Holly-Hippoface, from my real name, which is more Christmassy, and less floppy.....
Valery P & madmary are twins! Yipee
Well, I've just tried my real name, and it comes out as Cutie Twinkle-helper. I think I'll stick with Wriggly Holly-Tinker... It sounds more like me, I think, don't you?
Helen, you and I are separated at birth, you are related to RJD, and I appear to be related to Val P. Does that mean we on the blog are all long lost siblings to each other? That would make for a wonderful British movie.
Mary
Let's get RJD and Lady Snork Pen to write the screen play?
I knew there was a reason I felt so at home, I was, & there is definitely another radio play in it for Lady P. & RJD!
FF, you are definitely a wriggly tinker & Valerie P is joint winner with madmary for me!
Sparkly Helen, even your day-to-day name makes me feel Christmassy!
