It looks like you've kidnapped my son's dog, but she's only around four years old. Lovely dogs, collies, especially if kept slim. Tom's was a stray in norn iron, and is so slim we speculated on a wee bit of lurcher blood. She's wonderful to watch at full run and can run all day. Loses to greyhounds over the first 100 meters, but they come home well behind and exhausted.

Following from Wednesday's Eurovision song contest feature on Israel, should we expect Chechnya to be part of Europe now too? Is this what they mean by european expansion.

Aw, thanks, Eddie! I'm sure St. David will forgive you (Dafydd forgives everything, as long as he's loved - which he is).
And thanks to fellow froggers for loving him, too. The picture, incidentally, was completely unposed, and is my very favourite one of him. He is a truly lovely, and lovable, dog.

Oh Eddie...Eddie...Eddie, I loved tonight's show! It was just the right balance of serious and light-hearted pieces (the radio equivalent of a dramedy!) and I thought the gentle yet pointed way that you revealed the Newsnight poll about Ming Campbell was great - you really ran with that brilliantly, after he complimented the British public on their intelligence. I thought all pieces were interesting and thought-provoking. You did well getting an informed person on air, just a few minutes after the Silicon/Silicone thing was announced and it ran like clockwork (at least to my ears). Bravo! It was a really good show tonight.
