They are taking the opportunity at the same time to spruce up the city and build 27 kilometres of public cycleways. Forget the TGV; we could learn a lot from the French on slower forms of transport."

Lovely pictures. Reinstating trams to Derby has been proposed but there never seems to be the will or the money.
I used to have an old half-penny flattened by the last ever tram to run in Glasgow...wonder what happened to it?

What beautiful photos, well done to Adrian. How good it would be if we had space to run such smart trams - and if our Government gave more attention to our transport problems by DOING something, rather than talk talk talk about it and spent the taxpayers' money more wisely.
