I think I spy the ziggurats (sp?) of UEA in the bottom one - so that might be from Humph?

Humph, you really must stop frogging in your jimjams

Eddie - Well the first is easy. That's another one of those DVLA postcards that Aperitif has. She nicked 2 gross of them from a Post Office in Morpeth - but keep that to yourself.
btw that is the third car that woman has taxed in 7 months!

The second and third are a bit more difficult. I'd go Rachel G for the second and Humph for the last one.

Is this a phone-in competition or will the answer do here?

But seriously ...... Appy, are you benefitting from all these postcards about paying your TV licence I wonder?

Oh darn, I didn't know that Appy had the TV Licence things. I just always associate her with an organic calming green, so picked that postcard for her.

    Sorry for getting it wrong.

Btw - for those who may be interested I'll post a bit of good news on the Beach, and a chilled magnum or two of the fizzy stuff on top of the NC Bar!

Last one there's a hairy kipper.......

Okay, nikki (6), how about this? Sorry if you think that it is a bit contrived; I know that I do, and the truth is that it is!

The last postcard is, indeed, mine and is of the place where I work. I wrote to tell the PM team that as postcards are usually sent from where you are on holiday, it would be pointless to send one from where you work. Hence this is a pointless postcard. The body of water in the foreground is a man-made lake and in this part of the country man-made lakes are called Broads. The first postcard (I believe) comes from Appy and during the present run of pointless postcards is the second one sent on the Simple theme. So what we have is:

    Simple II
    Gate
    Broad

Or: It is 鈥淪imple two Gate A Broad鈥

I will not return until the groaning stops!

Thank you , Eddie. Mine is, indeed, number 2. It is a particularly pointless view as the photographer could have swivelled 180 deg and taken a much better and more dramatic photo of Skiddaw. I managed to increase its pointlessness by forgetting to post it until a couple of weeks after I returned from hols.
