    Was it only me, or did other listeners notice this ? I have developed the tactic of shouting the word "fewer" at the radio when I hear (to my ears) this error.

The question is: will it eclipse what London can do with the Olympics?

    I am seriously outraged by the statement from the MCB that they are being treated in a manner similar to the Jews in Nazi Germany! This outrageous analogy does not fit at all. The Jews in Germany were not trying to blow up their 'host' community. They were a constructive, economically productive and integrated part of German culture at the time that the Nazi's wished to identify them as separate from the Aryan German and they did this for economic reasons not initially for racial ones.

    Muslims here to day in the Uk on the other hand are not a race, many, in fact many more than we care to acknowledge (e.g. 1 in 10 young Muslim males think 'honour' killing is an acceptable way to discipline their women!) do NOT want to integrate with Western culture, in fact the MCB stated in this outrageous attempt to claim further victim status on a par with the German Jew in 1930s that we should consider showing more respect for Muslims by absorbing some aspects of sharia law!

    Where the analogy could work is in the way that Hitler came to power through a back door but by democratic means and then when in power shut down the democracy. That is precisely IMO what would happen here if we were to see Muslim power getting to Downing street my majority democratic elections. They would then shut down the democracy and replace it with a sharia led theocracy.
    
    This analogy MUST be challenged it is historically incorrect and quite sickening.
