The Stig?
So is the mysterious blog person PM's equivalent of Top Gear's tame racing driver, The Stig?
Well that's no good -- we need to know to whom we should address our complaints when it all gets bloggered again! (Ahem).
He wants to be known as Multiple Ellipses?
Sid
It's not David Abrahams is it?
Well, I think Mr Ellipsis is a very brave man to take on the Blog in it's current wobbly state.
Welcome, Mr Ellipsis. May we call you Ell? Or possibly "."?
Well...it begins with B.
I think there might be a clue, there. Eddie is clearly revising his morse code knowledge so the first name begins with an S. So does the second name.
H.
No, Eddiie - it doesn't. Well begins with a W.
Barney Rubble...?
Mr Bloggy?
BLOGSY!
Intermittent Horse (9):
No, "it" begins with an "i".
So the name begins with a "B"? Who do we know with time on their hands with a sound grasp of the feasibility of important IT projects?
Tony Blair?
Me (6):
May we call you Ell? Or possibly "."?
"."? "Dot"? If not, why not? We want Welsh Dot back!
(OK, I do...)
Eddie lammy-pie - when are you going to have a go in the reasonably priced car ???
xx
LMP
Is he related to Banksy, Eddie?
SSC (13) - O I C!
Ah-ha! Well, welcome, mysterious Blog-Runner. There's a drink waiting for you on the bar....
SSCat: "No, it" begins with an N!
Big Sis @ 16, maybe it's "Banksy" himself..?
It'd be appropriate; shunning the limelight, working in a highly erratic and individualistic way, seldomly until after dark and mainly at weekends - just like the 'Blog" now I come to think of it...
Or, maybe it's just a hoax to try and get the Froggers "Contracts" lifted from...
What's all this stig business? I don't watch Top Gear -- too much testosterone. And that infernal long-faced, curly-haired bloke.
So - Marc without a K has had to abandon it for more reliable pastures?
Revision to Froggers' Song needed...
Appy, top gear about the funniest programme on telly. Obviously, This is from a testosterone influenced man.
Aperitif (21):
The only Stig I know is Stig Of The Dump, who I seem to remember was some kind of Neanderthal. Is that him?
Vyle (22) the original song mentioned "Lissa with an a" which was then altered to "Marc without a k". Provided Eddie makes the correct choice, the alteration to the Froggers' song should be minimal.
H.
SSC, ' this 'the Stig' appears on a TV shoe presented by some kind of a Neanderthal, so quite close.
btw, I loved that book
I recall a primary school teacher reading 'Stig of the Dump' to us. I remember thinking "Not another boys' book -- when are we going to get one that girls can enjoy?"
