On the programme tonight, our health correspondent Branwen Jeffreys looks at how the NHS, as it approaches 60 itself, can deal with an ageing population. The numbers of over 80s are expected to grow rapidly, putting heavier demands on healthcare. Branwen has been to see how they do it in Japan, which has the fastest ageing population in the world.
