A large platter of fresh fruits is on the NC bar together with fresh tea and coffee and a large jug of newly juiced orange. Enjoy, and have a super Sunday.

A Negroni for me ... regular readers will know it's my favourtie. If you don't know - check it out:

1 measure gin
1 measure Campari
1 measure red vermouth (I sometimes spin it out with 2)
ice
slice of orange

I drink mine neat, but you can add soda water if you like ...

Or replace the Campari with a dash of Strawberry Cordial and double up the Gin

forget the fruit but use 7Up instead of Soda = itzabitredsa

I know that my italics worked in preview. I didn't try bold italics though.

Diggles was looking down rather than looking where he was going so he didn't see the enormously tall coconut palm until it was almost too late. Using all his strength he hauled back on his joystick and the Soppy Camel barely skimmed over the top of the tree.
"Phew.....that was too close", thought our intrepid aviator as he circled and climbed to get a bit of height.

Tonight I am going to see a live 'Full Monty' at the local arts centre. I am told they do *do* the full monty, but provided nobody's plied the lighting engineer with drink in the interval you don't get to see *anything*.

Give me proper porridge every time - to celebrate which I have put a large pot on the solar ring on the bar to keep warm. There's maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, goji berries, and if you really must there's also salt to add at your discretion.
