hope you are all well.

saturday live is coming up for its four and a half month anniversary and we are thinking of ways to develop the show. which of these appeal to you most?

a. saturday live on ice

b. saturday live with me, jeremy vine

c. saturday live revisited (where we just repeat all the programmes we have already done)

d. saturday live propery ladder location (where we paint the show beige and hide all the clutter and hope that it sells better)

do let me know

love and hugs as ever

I have much sympathy with your guest who has to eat so much each day. My daughter has suffered from Anorexia for about 6 years and still has now many physical and mental problems. Not eating is NOT the illness, it is the symptom of a very dangerous mental illness. The sufferer cannot eat, it has nothing to do with 'not wanting to eat'. She too had to eat 3500 calories each day to put on weight very slowly. Anorexia has the highest death rate among mental illnesses. Perhaps it would be kind to the many sufferers to recognise it as a mental illness and not as a 'diet gone wrong' or 'wanting to be thin'. Why should physical illness be worse or get more sympathy than mental illness? Perhaps the 大象传媒 could be a bit more caring and careful about questions and comments made on programs.

You can stop monkeying arround with time for a kick off. An aniversary is an anual event, not four and a half monthly one.

How about Saturday Live - the Podcast so that I can listen to when I have time after I've downloaded it to my computer then uploaded it to my MP3 player (c'mon, everyone knows it's an iPod) then downloaded it into my head when I have the chance because I have so little time these days owing to the number of podcasts I have to listen to when I have time. If you see what I mean.

Here is a suggestion that I don't think Peel ever did: family mysteries - although it came up now and again . People could present the evidence about something mysterious and tantalising that happened in their family that has never been adequately explained and ask listeners for theories.

Why noy have a regular spot where listeners are asked to say why they think Liverpool FC and their manager think they are superior to everyone and can break all the rules in the book and get away with them? Brian Barwick could be your first interviewee.
    Good luck.

Saturday Liv revisited definatley a nice idea. However, another for your deliberation, What about Saturday Live with Fi and John Humphrys? John would be a marvelous guest.
