Pen pals
Eric Kaye and Loretta Logan were pen pals who started writing to each other through a school鈥檚 programme in 1951. Eric lived in Yorkshire and his letters winged their way to Loretta 鈥� who lived in Bucksport in Maine.
Theirs was a correspondence which spanned decades. They both married other people, but when Loretta鈥檚 marriage ended and after Eric beloved first wife died they finally met, fell in love, and married.
