I see the story being about Scott's journey to discover what he loves most in the world. I think the scenes could be divided into sections with this in mind. My first thoughts are around:
Scott's Love of women
Scott's Love of celebrity

It might also be fun to have a 'God' like figure making comments on Scott's behaviourÌýand acting as Scott's conscience throughout the show.. This would be filmed and played back on a screen for each performance. I would like to see Westwood in this part.

The climax at the end of the show would be Scott realising that what he really loves is life itself by launching into a song titled 'I love Life', which would be suitably anthemic and catchy and involve all the cast as well as all the people on stupid street (the audience) singing along.

Cast:
Scott Mills
Becky
Chappers
The One Who Doesn't Speak (we could announce that you will hear him speak for the first and only time in the show, great publicity)
Scott's mum (for scenes in which Scott is confronted with difficult issues in his life that he has, up to know, avoided dealing with).
Jo Wiley (the scenes in bed for the photo story could be part of Scott's conflict regarding if he likes men or women best)
Napoleon the Parrot (someone dressed up, lots of potential here).
David Hasselhof
Bacchus, the God of Wine
A mobile tanning salon (again, someone dressed up as one)
Attractive guy(s)
Westwood as himself
