Special 1 TV: Wenger In Wales
This week it's all about England v Wales, Euro 2012. On his first out-of-studio assignment, Special 1 Tv's Arsene Wenger is embedded in the English camp to gauge reaction ahead of the big game. How have the recent events surrounding captaincy affect team moral? He talks to players and exclusively to England manager Fabio Capello. Do it!

Thought Capello sending Crouchy back to his room was funny too - good comeback episode!

I understand why you got rid of him, but it was his role that kept the amusement up every week. Nevertheless, good job!

Capello sounds like Linda Blair in 'The Exorcist'. but while he just sounds sinister, Wenger actually looks sinister...

So much better this week because the subjects were topical! Also I really liked the SAF phone idea.

Better but not ultimately the best, still needs some script work doing, try something along the lines of more sharp witty humour and on the pitch activity.

The show replies heavily on the fact that the scripts are dire, the puppets are poor, and most of the voices are unrecognisable. Yes, sure, there's the odd good one or two, like Mick and Jose, but in time, we'll find someone who can't do their voices either.
If the show was actually funny, we couldn't rely on people tuning in week after week to see if there were any improvement.
I hope that explains matters to the "Bring back Robbo" brigade.

and it's not funny.
Also it's important to get the impersonations at least close, otherwise that also affects how funny it is.
Are some of you too young to remember 'Spitting Image'?
This is a very lightweight, poor version of that with just figures from football. I don't find this funny, it just makes me pine for Spitting Image which did this kind of stuff brilliantly.
