Spring is on its way and we want your photos

Hello out there. It's perceptibly lighter morning and evening now, the lords and ladies are bursting through, daffs and primroses are well on their way and woodpeckers are drumming - it's coming folks! Spring is on its way.
The photographs you posted on the were really special. I don't think we've ever had such a remarkably high standard, we just sat there and "oohed" and "ahhed" at beautiful image after beautiful image... exceptional. Thank you very much.
We had a big planning meeting for Springwatch 2010 this week. We would really like to try to use more of the images from the this year. It would be fantastic to try to get you uploading images even now, way ahead of the actual programmes, so we can start to think about how we might use them a bit more creatively.
So if you are out there with your cameras, braving the elements and recording our amazing wildlife, please start up loading pictures to the Springwatch group, we are standing by!...
