Alreet Cutters?

BIG news today. OK, so it's not a new episode (like those fancy weekdays get), or an omnibus on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Two (like Saturday keeps smiling about), but every Sunday from now until the end of time is MUSIC DAY on The Cut blog.

We'll be posting up all the tracks from the previous week's episodes, and where better to start than with, of course, the amazing music under the opening credits..:

- U + Me =

Get used to it - it's at the front of every flipping episode (after all, it wouldn't be a very good title track if it wasn't).

And here's the rest from Week 1:

- Hometown Glory

- St Christopher

- Saeglopur

- Pass That Dutch

- Gold Mine Gutted

- Set It Off (Radio Mix by Tobi Neumann)

- Two Doors Down

- Boys Don't Cry

- To Build A Home (Album Version)

Thee Vicars - Why Have You Changed? (brought to you by ´óÏó´«Ã½ Introducing)

- Jump In My Car

- Kids

You might have noticed in that list a few lesser-known names and not just music from massive, established artists (and, err, David Hasselhoff).

THIS IS DELIBERATE.

We've hooked up with our mates at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Introducing and are looking through their rather epic database of new and undiscovered music to find some great tracks to put in future episodes. That's how we came across Thee Vicars, who played on the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Introducing stage at Radio 1's Big Weekend back in May.

And the best part is that anyone can upload their own tunes. So if you make music and want us to consider it for The Cut, get uploading.

Obvs we can't promise we'll use it, but we'll be listening to as many as we can.

And if you've got any more questions about the music, just comment us below.

See you next Sunday!
