A very good point - long ignored / dismissed by Government and the Law.
We have to remember that these are the People that, by their Work, keep the WHOLE of this Country and its Services running. Unfortunately, many in our Population, including MP's in Power, seem to forget this. Put simply, should we not look after the 'Work-Horse' that feeds everyone, at least to encourage it to continue Working? - apparently not, judged by the way it is currently treated.
Generally-speaking, the 'Work-Horse' and the Families of these People feel chained by Government/Society.
Most of them earn literally just enough to make it (maybe) worthwhile to continue Working. Meanwhile, they see Government continuing to 'Squeeze' every last drop of Blood from their bodies by way of Taxes etc.
Looked at coldly and clinically, many of these 'Work-Horses' increasingly, just wonder why they continue to Work - AND have all the worry of continuously 'Just Managing'.
The stress-levels of the 'Work-Horse' are astronomically high - compared to the stress-levels of those on Benefit. Added to this, are the increasing Benefits, Rights and Services that non-working People, and even Foreigners have heaped upon them.
Today, it is more important than ever before, that the 'Work-Horse' is appreciated. Not just by a comfortable-ish 'Living-Wage' - but by being able to actually have something to save.
Equally important in so many cases, is the need to lower the almost 'Manic' stress-levels created by many Industries/Businesses, where many People not only Work, but are made to RUN while they are doing it. It used to be that you were expected to do a 'Fair day's work, for a Fair day's pay'.
Nowadays this equates as: 'You must RUN constantly for a Fair day's Pay'.
Stress not only Kills, it can also ruin Families, lead to Crime and much more.
This Comfortable-ish 'Living-Wage' coupled with lower Stress-levels, needs one other item to complete a decent-ish Living. This Wage should be attainable by Working 40 hours per Week - NOT 50 or 60 or 70 or more...
Any MP who is reasonably 'Wise' would do well to consider the above. These 'Work-Horses' will not be tethered forever - Watch the Voting...

What a question? Of course we have forgotten the White working class because as humans we crave for the opportunity to better ourselves and once we do, we thrash everything about where we've come from. Secondly, the media is controlled by the middle-class and there is a need to look down on someone else and who better in this country, than the working class!
Generally the "white working class" is actually Polish or from another part of Eastern Europe. It's no coincidence that large numbers of economic migrants are working here - the benefits trap means that those who might otherwise be the "working" class are now not able to find work paying enough to move them off benefits. In the same economic area; jobs requiring no academic qualifications, there is also a large number of non-white Britons and economic migrants competing for the same work. The increased criminalisation of young people contributes here too - it's far harder to get a "good" job if you have a criminal record even if it's for an offence which would have been dealt with as a caution 10 years ago.
i wouldn't say we're forgotten, I would say however that i think this country is a little too politically correct at times. I agree in fair chances at work and things but when people tell me they couldn't get a job coz the employer needed to fit a quota of minorities, it annoys me slightly. As a gay guy i would rather get the job because i was most qualified than get the job because the employer needed to fill in the quota for gay men/women....In addition my little four year old brother has been told off for singing 'ba ba black sheep' in school being told it was 'ba ba gray sheep'..Its nonsense to be frank, even my black friends say so. I agree with bringing in all different cultures to this country, I myself am not fully English (blood wise) due to family but i do think we are being over crowded and this point system on immigration is a few years too late (but better late than never). I just think that theres too many people and not enough jobs. Just my opinion and i appreciate not everybody will agree.
WHY ARE WE STILL BRING IN OR LETTING NON OR SEMI SKILLED PEOPLE INTO BRITAIN, WHEN WE HAVE ALREADY GOT PEOPLE WISHING TO WORKING BUT CAN'T FIND PEOPLE WILLING TO EMPLOY PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF. I AM ONE OF MANY QUAILFIED WORKER ON THE DOLE BUT WANT TO WORK BUT CAN'T FIND EMPLOYMENT.
ONE VOICE OF MANY TRUE WHITE BRITS!!
I haven't forotten the white working class but the govt. and media have which means many people do as weel. Personally it makes me feel uneasy when you ask this when the ´óÏó´«Ã½(including five live) knows they forget the W working class and are too PC. You can't simply appear to be concerned when the actions of the govt. and media are still to distance themselves from white working classes and concentrate on minorities etc.
There are many associations for minorites e.g. MCB, black groups etc. but whites are becoming forgotten - of course not all, because we do make up 92% of the population, but it is the working class who have suffered first. To be honest, it is indefiensible and shameful that in a 92% white country, the government and media have marginalised poor white people.
STOP THE PC, MINORITY LOBBYISTS, AND START DEFENDING WHAT'S ACTUALLY BRITISH. THEN WE CAN HAVE A FAIRER SOCIRTY FOR EVERYONE.
There was a comment this morning by one of your callers, ansering a question from you
"Do you vote?"
and he said no as he had no choice apart from the tree main political parties. My reply is that he does has a fourth choice,
take the effort to vote and spoil the vote paper,
this tells the politicians that we care but are fed up with their lies, false promises, slease and all the other attributes it takes to be a politician these days and the white/black/ pink and brown working class are loosing their patience with them.
