Should Gordon Brown Aplogise?

Stephen Nolan's standing in for Victoria this week.

This morning he wants to know:-

"Do you expect the Prime Minister to apologise for the Damian McBride smear scandal.
David Cameron is demanding a personal apology, but why should Gordon Brown apologise for something he says he knew nothing about.

Should Brown say sorry? Or are the Tories just trying to make political capital of the situation? McBride has gone..what more do they want?"
