A Caernarfon art gallery that has supported and exhibited the work of emerging north Walian artists for the past four years is looking for new premises for its future development.

Oriel Dafydd Hardy is an alternative, youth-focused arts venue that currently runs from the basement of Dafydd Hardy Estate Agents - who support the gallery financially.

The art space was established to give the opportunity for young undergraduates, graduates and post graduates in north Wales to meet and develop an artistic community in the town - and has resulted in the creation of , a collective of young artists.

There's a final exhibition of the year to view though before the gallery ups sticks, which highlights the work of Aberystwyth-trained, German artist Constanze Thielecke in Thoughts in Boxes, Repeating Minds.

It runs until Thursday 23 December, and the pictures below give a sneak peak of what's on show.
