Matthew Rhys lends support to Fishguard theatre campaign
Welsh actor Matthew Rhys is backing a campaign to save in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire.
The theatre was earmarked for closure in 2010 after several loss-making years. Since then, the Friends of Theatr Gwaun group has been campaigning to save it, and have been investigating the possibility of turning it into a community-run arts centre.
Hollywood-based Matthew Rhys has lent his support to the campaign, and there is talk of holding a Welsh film festival in Los Angeles to raise funds.
