Local issues have been brought to the fore with people writing in to this website to vent their anger about separate redevelopment plans which are causing concern.

In Tanyfron, Wrexham, Vertigogen alerts us to a village protest held on Saturday morning by people opposing any plans to sell off a field for housing. She's even posted on the website.

Meanwhile, in Buckley, so-called Lane Ender writes about Coronation Gardens: "I have always considered it as a lovely oasis in a deserted part of town. Now, however, certain councillors have decided it would be better used as a car park..."

In Mold, Dan calls on Flintshire Council to safeguard the future of Mold Alex FC which could be forced off the site to make way for housing.

And over the weekend more comments have come in from people angered about the state of Prestatyn's Ffrith Beach Festival Gardens, among them Vivien who says: "Come on residents let's get our finger out, back the Ffrith group and get the Ffrith back to its former glory."
