Will hospital closures cost Labour votes?

That's the claim made in the today by Karen Jennings, head of health at the union Unison. Her comments come as hospitals in Flint, Abergele, St Asaph and Prestatyn, face closure along with others in the UK. She says cottage hospitals are at the heart of the community and the closures are "extremely unpopular" among locals and "potentially a vote loser". What's your view? Did you consider these local closures a Government policy or a local decision by bureaucrats?
