Angel of the North for Queensferry?

Five design teams have been picked to come with up ideas for a major landmark to be built at Queensferry - but we want to hear your suggestions.

The proposed Flintshire site is in the vicinity of the Blue Bridge, an historic crossing point, and an area with a range of transport - the River Dee, the A494, railway lines and a major cycle route - so there are plenty of things to get you thinking.

In April there will be an exhibition locally of the ideas of the offical design teams. Then, the preferred scheme will be chosen in May and a bid for funding will be made to the Big Lottery who will decide if the scheme is successful. You can find out more at .
