Recycling's a winner in Denbighshire

3000 households in Ruthin and Denbigh are to receive deliveries of wheelie bins and bags for recycling their rubbish. The 'x2 refuse collection system' has already reduced the amount of waste sent to landfill by 3000 tonnes in other parts of the county, that's equivalent to the weight of 11 jumbo jets!
