Further to the last blog, How honest are you?, here's another tale showing there are no shortage of Good Samaritans.

Entertainers Mark Whiteley & Daniel Hoffmann-Gill relied on the goodwill of locals for food and accommodation during their two-week and 216-mile trek across Britain - and they survived to tell the tale, stopping off at Chirk, Llangollen and Cerrigydrudion along the way.

Now they are to recount their exploits - including gigging for food and board in pubs, theatres and clubs - at the Edinburgh Fringe festival throughout August. They'll also be in Llangollen in September to perform at the Royal International Pavilion.

You can find out more about their experiences first hand via Mark's website which also includes a film of them on the road in Chirk and Llangollen. [Note. Includes an eff word - so don't watch / listen if easily offended]
