A tale of two villages

What makes one more expensive than the other? The Welsh-English border. Helen Parker reports from Wrexham:

The pretty villages of Holt and Farndon are separated by a narrow stone bridge over the River Dee. Both have a healthy mix of character properties and newbuilds, two or three pubs apiece and their own church and primary school. Yet property in Farndon has always been more expensive - £100,000 more in one example of two similar houses!
