Food for thought

is hosting Food for Thought [Friday, March 14], an event where local food producers can meet with the public, potential customers and caterers.

It is being organised by college catering manager Mark Parsons - former head chef at Llangollen's Corn Mill - as part of a drive to turn students on to the benefits of local and organic produce.
