Watch: Eagles Meadow 'flythrough'

It's not yet built but, by the wonders of technology, you can watch a computer generated of the impressive Eagles Meadow shopping development.

Yes, it is breath-taking, and now you can see why people have been concerned about the effects the centre will have on the town centre.

Apparently, the development will take Wrexham from Britain's 175th retail centre to 75th. A jump of 100 places up the league is a mammoth leap. [figure quoted from council meeting, Feb 5 2008]

We viewed the film this morning and were taken by the architect's vision for Wrexham's own version of the Spanish steps. Here's a snap of the real thing.
