Fuel protesters - 'A55 go-slow is not the answer'

More than 4,000 people have now officially registered support for the [you'll need to be a site user to view]. But, by the social networking site's nature, only supporters of the cause are having their say.

Others, however, are starting to present an opposing view on sites elsewhere like rwlh1950 and zammo06 who posted the following comments:

zammo06 writes: Can someone explain why other road users should be targeted by these disgruntled hauliers?

Says rwlh1950: The world is running out of oil and this will occur sooner than later. The days of cheep oil are over, it's time to conserve the oil that is left and not to worry over the extra pennies we all have to pay. The cost with in a few years will be far greater than fiscal pain.
