Ruthin and Mold floods remembered 10 years on

has been remembering "difficult times" as today marks the 10th anniversary of the worst of the town's floods.


It rained for what seemed like most of October, causing damage and misery for residents and businesses [as Wales Today TV reporter Matthew Richards found out in this ].
