Interactivity; Your Shout

Mark Sandell Mark Sandell | 11:43 UK time, Friday, 7 April 2006

World Have Your Say is to be featured in some ´óÏó´«Ã½ research over the next few months asking audiences around the world about what interactivity means to them, and what interactivity "works" for them.
Seems daft to have a blog and not get your views......

Among the issues the project team will be looking at are;

* How do you want the presenter to behave?...strictly neutral/impartial or do you want them to play "Devil's Advocate" every now and then?

* Are you only interested in interactive programmes if the issue being discussed directly affects you?

* Do the programmes work better if we're discussing an "issue" (e.g forgiveness) or an "event" (the conflict in Iraq) ?

* Should we discuss more "good" news stories?

* Does interactivity work best if it's instant or after people have had time to think about it?

These are just a few of the things being discussed about interactive radio and of course there'll be others. Like everything else on "World Have Your Say", we'd like your views on what works for you..
