Just a little more background on the stories. In Spain, the cabinet has approved a draft law that would call on businesses to draft plans to balance the wages of women and men and give companies eight years to reach 40% representation on their company boards. Is this the right way forward to achieve equality?

And more about this story out of the city of Washington in the US. The city government is launching a campaign urging every resident aged 14 to 84 to get a simple HIV test. The oral swab test takes about 20 minutes before results are available. Washington is trying to combat the in the US.
