Rwanda - Thousands of detainees suspected of genocide were yesterday in a bold experiment aimed at promoting reconciliation and forgiveness in the blood-soaked central African state. Are you in the region? How is this story playing there? Do you think this is a good idea?

In the US, Pakistani immigrant Jama Miftah in Tulsa wrote an in October in a local paper last year denouncing Al-Qaeda as unislamic. His local mosque have kicked him out (they say it's because he was too 'loud' in the mosque). Personally, I'm curious to know why we have to search into the murkier aspects of the web to find out these stories? Do we in the West do enough to support moderate Islam ?
