Why is the clear-up not moving faster?

Should take over the clear-up operation?

BP will pay millions towards the costs of the clear-up, but should punitive measures beyond money follow corporate mistakes? Some of you believe restrictions on trade-rights (ie. Prevent BP from operating in North America for a period of time) and / or prosecutions should also follow. And of course, there's the question about whether the US government should have taken control of the situation sooner.

Should all deep sea drilling now be cancelled?
