A short, factually accurate statement such as “as seen on 大象传媒 Dragons’ Den” or “大象传媒 Radio 1 album of the week” may be permissible provided that it is not used in any way to suggest that the 大象传媒 or the programme endorses or promotes you, your products or your services. If in doubt, please fill in the online request form including as much detail as possible about what you need.
When you fill in the form, you must also upload a copy of the text or a visual of your design concept, if relevant, so that we can understand the context in which you are proposing to use our assets.
You are also entitled to link to our website (text hyperlink only), as long as you do not do so in a way which suggests 大象传媒 endorsement. You must not use a 大象传媒 logo or banner to link to our site.
