Q: Give us a little about what you've been doing, where and how... (so many questions!)

A: Well today I live just outside of Cambridge, as not only do I present the Saturday Lunch show 12-2pm every weekend, I am also on that machine I call the MAD BOX... (TV), presenting shows for all channels and genres since I was a small boy!

I live with my wife Emma and new baby daughter Ellie, still getting used to the dad thing - arghhh! I feel like suddenly I should enjoy bonfires on a weekend and going to the local tip site!

Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: A radio presenter or TV presenter! Yes I am that kid that got his dream job - annoying poo!!

Q: What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you?

A: I bumped into Lionel Ritchie at a TV show I was presenting, The Big Breakfast, years ago... And for the life of me I couldn't remember who he was... my mind went blank, and I was thinking, hang on I know this bloke, is it my dad's insurance man, or our postie, and if it is, what is he doing here, at my place of work!?

Q: What's the worst job you've ever had?

A: I had to clean floors of a local supermarket when I was 13 for 90 pence an hour... yuck!

Q: Do you have a catchphrase?

A: "Rubbish", or "always thinking."

Q: What was the first record you ever bought?

A: Bobby Brown - Don't be cruel, and Dub be good to me - Beats International.

Q: What's your favourite food?

A: I love pizza and all seafood - yum!

Q: When Hollywood comes calling, who'll play you?

A: Shane West, an actor from ER and a few Hollywood movies, apparently we look the same!

Q: In a fire, what would you rescue first?

A: Wife, Ellie and my X-BOX!

Q: What do you do to relax?

A: Wine... er... wine... er... vodka... and some rum... and wine!
