Make some energy-boosting protein pugil sticks with the Gladiators
Bakers... ready?! Gladiators legends Electro and Apollo take you through how to make some delicious no-bake protein snacks! If they're good enough for a Gladiator they're definitely good enough for you to try...
- Oats - 250g
- Peanut Butter - 180g
- Chocolate Chips - 100g
- Honey - 75g
- Paper Straws
- Mixing bowl
- Big Spoon/ Stirrer
How to make a no-bake protein snack
馃毃 Ask a grown-up to help you when using any sharp objects! 馃毃
1. Mix all ingredients together
In your bowl, add the oats and peanut butter and then mix them together.
Once that鈥檚 done, add in the honey and give it another good stir!
Next, add your chopped fruit and chocolate and mix again until it鈥檚 all combined and stuck together.
2. Shaping into Gladiator pugil sticks
Scoop up a small handful of the mixture and start moulding into an oval shape.
Get your straws for the pugil sticks and push the straw half way into each ball on either side.
Eat, enjoy and feel like the ultimate Gladiator!
