Apply for your Music badge online using My Blue Peter, or click the 'Music badge postal application form' button above to apply by post.
Ask your parent or guardian for permission to apply and ask them to read the Privacy Notice.
Get your parent or guardian to help you fill out your form and personal details.
Tell us about your passion for music.
Attach a photo of yourself enjoying music.
