Who is Leah Williamson?
Leah Williamson is one of England's top footballers, captaining the England football team to victory in the UEFA Women's Euros 2022 and playing for Arsenal in defence.

When she's not scoring goals on the pitch in major tournaments, Leah spreads positivity and gets involved with projects for young people like in her recent JJFC appearance, and writing fiction books!
Gabriel asked Leah about her new book in the video above, where she says she felt it was important to write about the real and honest journey of playing football and how playing can teach you so much about yourself, even if you don't make it pro!
She's appeared on two CBeebies Bedtime Stories reading the story Girls Can Do Anything, an uplifting short story shouting loud and proud about how girls can seriously do anything they set their mind to. She also read "Remarkably You", a short story about the importance of being true to yourself!
