Fish Cakes with Sweet Potato Fries
Fish cakes and sweet potato fries is a great meal to cook at home together. Recipe devised by JB Gill. Serves 4.
You will need
- 100g light cream cheese
- 400g potatoes
- 320g tinned fish
- 陆 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 50g puffed rice cereal
- 1 free range egg
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Oil
- 750g sweet potatoes
