Celebrating Holi
Sumedh visits the temple with his family. They take of their shoes as a sign of respect before they enter the temple to worship. Everyone sits on the floor in the temple. Sumedh describes the temple as colourful and beautiful, there are statues of many Hindu gods and听worshippers leave presents for them. Incense sticks are used to give the temple a lovely smell. Everyone is welcome at the temple.听
After the celebrations and lovely food at the temple Sumedh changes into his old clothes ready for the colourful paint party to begin. He has so much fun throwing paint and being听mischievous like Lord Krishna.
