FA Cup Upsets 足总杯受挫
This weekend’s third-round FA cup action saw 2 major upsets 失败 with League One teams beating their Premiership rivals 竞争对手.
Nottingham Forest beat Charlton Athletic 2-0 and Swansea City beat Sheffield United 3-0.

Charlton boss, Alan Pardew admitted his side got what they deserved. He said:
"Spine" 脊椎 is the same as backbone. He means that important players were missing from the team due to injury.
"Fired up" 兴奋的 means excited and motivated. He didn’t want the players to "get too down" 情绪低落 which means depressed.
