	Beckham is in demand once more

David Beckham is due 预定 to move to the American club at the end of the Spanish season 赛季 in a fortnight 两星期.

Antic said "When Beckham signed for LA Galaxy he forgot all the pressures weighing down on him 因压力太大而让他忧虑". Presumably, Beckham has been worried about his performance 表现 and how he would finish his football career 球业 now he is 32 years old.

These pressures have been like a heavy weight on him but once he made the decision to go to America, the pressures disappeared.

According to Antic, Beckham has been "a different man on the field" meaning he has changed in his attitude 态度 and his performance – it almost seems like it's not the same person out there. He says "You can see how much he's enjoying himself" and that wasn't apparent 显而易见的 a year or so 大约 ago.

When Beckham made his decision to go to the LA team instead of extending 延长 his Real Madrid contract 合约, coach Fabio Capello said the midfielder 中场球员 wouldn't play for the Spanish team again. However, Beckham has regained 重得 his place in recent months because of injuries 伤病 within the Real Madrid team.

Beckham has managed to revive 再兴 his career with great performances for Real Madrid and for his national team England.

Real Madrid are serious contenders 主要竞争者 for the Spanish title 夺冠 this year and Radomir Antic believes Beckham has been "crucial 至关紧要的 to their recent success", meaning he has played a very important part in the team's recent success.

Antic says he has a lot of influence on Real Madrid's performance. "He's been very influential 有影响力的 – always drives Real forward 带领（皇马队）前进", meaning when he plays on the team he improves the level of football they play.

Antic likes "the way Beckham challenges the game all the time. He always shows plenty of fight 斗志旺盛". If you show plenty of fight it means you have lots of positive energy, in this case to play good football.

Recent reports suggest that Real Madrid are keen to keep hold of 留住 Beckham but LA Galaxy general manager Alexi Lalas claims nothing has changed and they are still looking forward to having him on the team.
