TV coverage of sport events - tenders
At 大象传媒 Sport we get rights to a variety of sporting events to create content for our platforms. The nature and length of rights contracts changes from event to event.
Some of the media rights acquired by 大象传媒 Sport are put out to tender between independent production companies. Current examples include:
- Snooker: TV coverage provided by IMG Productions to 2024
- England women鈥檚 football matches and women鈥檚 FA Cup: TV coverage provided by Whisper Productions to 2024
- World Indoor Bowls: TV coverage provided by Sunset & Vine Productions to 2024
Contracts are given based on factors which include experience of delivery, creative proposition, skills base and value for money.
