Summary of complaint
We have received complaints from people unhappy that the Dambusters raid was referred to as being 鈥渋nfamous鈥.
Our response
When highlighting what was coming up on the programme, we did inadvertently refer to the Dambusters raid as 鈥渋nfamous鈥. Later, when the main item aired, we referred to the 鈥渇amous鈥 raid.
In live programmes, such as Breakfast, errors do occasionally slip through and we鈥檙e sorry for this mistake and any offence caused.
